Although his markings are for Patton's 3rd US Army, this belgian Dodge that I photoed in 2001 in Normandy is a post war item. From 1946 onwards, the Power Wagon WM300 4x4 series replaced the succesful Dodge WC family. This is one of the sons of Dodge factory. It's a B3 PW126, command and liaison vehicle used by the belgian army. A lot of countries were military supplied by the US, and part of this aid were the 17.956 Power Wagons that were built for non-US service.
